Article 1 (Purpose)

This agreement sets forth the confidentiality of information obtained in the course of business between Tokyo Home Dining (hereinafter referred to as "Party A") and the staff, hosts, and interpreters (hereinafter referred to as "Party B").

 

Article 2 (Confidential Information)

Confidential information refers to the following information:

(1) Guest Information

(2) Host information

(3) Interpretation information

(4) Reservation Information

(5) Sales information

(6) Fees

(7) Manual

(8) Website Management Information

(9) Social media management information

(10) Business plan

(11) Other information designated as confidential by Party A

 

Article 3 (Confidentiality)

Party B shall not disclose confidential information to any third party, nor shall they use it for their own personal gain.

Article 4 (Return)

Upon termination of the contract, we will promptly return or delete all documents, data, photos, and manuals.

 

Article 5 (Contract Period)

This agreement shall remain in effect even after its termination.

 

Article 6 (Compensation for damages)

If you violate your confidentiality obligations and cause damage to Party A, you will be liable for compensating that damage.

 

Article 7 (Termination of Contract)

In the event of any breach of this agreement, Party A may immediately terminate this agreement.

 

Article 8 (Governing Law)

This agreement shall be governed by Japanese law. In the event of any dispute, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
