Article 1 (Purpose)
This agreement sets forth the confidentiality of information obtained in the course of business between Tokyo Home Dining (hereinafter referred to as "Party A") and the staff, hosts, and interpreters (hereinafter referred to as "Party B").
Article 2 (Confidential Information)
Confidential information refers to the following information:
• Guest information • Host information • Interpreter information • Reservation information • Sales information • Fees • Manuals • Website management information • Social media management information • Business plan • Other information designated as confidential by Party A Article 3 (Confidentiality)
Party B shall not disclose confidential information to any third party.
Furthermore, you must not use it for your own personal gain.
Article 4 (Personal information)
Party B will comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and will appropriately manage the personal information of guests, hosts, and interpreters.
Article 5 (Prohibited matters)
Party B is prohibited from doing the following:
- Sharing your address - Sharing your phone number - Sharing your email address - Exchanging LINE IDs - Exchanging social media IDs - Making direct reservations without going through the management - Receiving payment directly - Copying data - Unauthorized use of photos - Unauthorized posting to social media Article 6 (Returns)
After the contract ends,
Documents, data, photos, and manuals will be promptly returned or deleted.
Article 7 (Contract Period)
This agreement shall remain in effect even after its termination.
Article 8 (Compensation for damages)
If you violate your confidentiality obligations and cause damage to Party A, you will be liable for damages to the extent permitted by law.
Article 9 (Termination of Contract)
In the event of a serious breach, Party A may immediately terminate the contract.
Article 10 (Governing Law)
This agreement shall be governed by Japanese law.
In the event of any dispute, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance with agreed jurisdiction.
