1. Cancellation due to guest's circumstances

(1) Up to 7 days before the trial date: Free

(2) 3 to 6 days before the experience date: 50% of the fee

(3) The day before the experience: 80% of the fee

(4) On the day of the experience or without prior notice: 100% of the fee

 

2. Cancellation due to host's circumstances

If the event cannot be held due to circumstances beyond the host's control, Tokyo Home Dining will endeavor to arrange an alternative host. If an alternative host cannot be arranged, a full refund will be issued to the guest.

 

3. Weather and Disasters: If it is determined that it is difficult to hold the event safely due to weather, earthquakes, infectious diseases, transportation disruptions, etc., the event will be canceled or rescheduled.

 

4. Lateness: If you do not contact us within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, your reservation may be treated as a no-show.

 

5. Refund Method

If a refund is necessary, it will be issued according to the payment method used. The refund timing will depend on the processing time of each payment company.
